Buffett's bet on Burlington

"Most important of all, however, it's an all-in wager on the economic future of the United States," Mr. Buffett said. "I love those bets."

And this to me is a indication of a inflation trade. Buying hard assets that will hold value even as the U.S. destroys its currency. Kinda like the south american countries that devalue their currencies and then see their stock markets fly higher to compensate. Even as their citizens become poorer, the assets of the country are revalued higher by international investors with strong currencies seeing the assets as dirt cheap. Welcome to the U.S. third world style

You're right--but no one will say that!
